Q : What is the "CE" marking on all Teddy House products?
A : The CE marking (also known as CE mark) is a mandatory conformity mark on many products placed on the single market in the European Economic Area (EEA). The CE marking certifies that a product has met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements.

Q : What is "Mohair Bear"?
A : Teddy bear which is made of real wool called " Angora". The longest part of wool will be selected, weaved anh dyed in a natural process. The material therefore is quite costly as it is imported from overseas. This type or teddy bear is good for colleting.
Q : How many types of Teddy House are available?
A : Soft Teddy Bear - good for cudding or feeling its softness, comes in both sitting and standing positions.
Jointed Teddy Bear - teddy bear that arms, legs and neck can be twisted independently. This type of teddy is more tightly stuffed than the soft teddy bear and there are also more spaces on their paws to be embroidered.
Q : What does the stuffing made of?
A : Polyester stuffing is use for our Teddy bears. We choose to use grade A fire-retardant polyester fiber, the same material used for pillow stuffing as it can be washed and dried in washing machine and dryer. We also use good quality plactic pellets with no sharp edges to weight and balance the bear. The pellets will also help develop muscle movement as children play with the teddy.
