LIMITED WARRANTY
All Teddy House bears, clothing, and accessories carry a 60 days Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for end users.
If a defect exists, at its option Teddy House will:
1. Repair the product at no charge.
2. Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
No cash refunds for any purchase.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. Problems that result from abuse, accident, misuse, or damage from 3rd party.
2. Any products for which the customer no longer have the original receipt or the product no longer has the original Teddy House tags.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Teddy House product you may return the product complete with all packaging, tags, and original proof of purchase within 7 days to the nearest Teddy House store.
Products not permitted to be return:
- Products that does not an original proof of purchase and original packaging.
- Products that have been damaged
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
By purchasing a Teddy House bear, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review Teddy House’s warranty terms and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.

Teddy House have VIP Member Program (Club VIP and Exclusive VIP) for our close customers.
